Dealing with North Korea

My son is stationed at an AF base in N. Japan.
NK's rocket the other day went by within a couple hundred miles of him (that ended up landing in the sea).

Now the guys latest is the boast of a hydrogen bomb....


Seems we are quite limited in how to deal with this guy, if China isn't willing to be intentional about putting the squeeze on NK.


And back home, hurricanes hammering our coastlines...ugh.
