I tried and when I tested the link it sent me to a FB error page. The video was shared globally, not limited to just their friends, but FB isn't video link friendly.
It's a 28 minute video. In it, he claims the eclipse marked the end of the times of the Gentiles. He talked about Hurricane Harvey and Irma and how earthquake in the Greek actually means "commotion of the air," "gale" or the English word, "hurricane." He claims Hurricane's always cause earthquakes, due to flooding seeping down into the earth.
He talked about Carbondale, IL and how it's "X marks the spot" for the eclipse and also the northern tip of the New Madrid fault line.
This isn't a prediction and he said he isn't saying this under unction of God, but he read that Hurricane Irma will hit NYC on Sept 11th. IF it does, it could dump four feet of flooding will shut down the stock market, causing a global catastrophe. Again, not a prediction, not a prophecy, just an IF it happens.
He is claiming that the recent flooding in TX, possible more flooding from Irma throughout FL and the eastern US will overwhelm the tectonic plates and cause earthquakes in the US.
He goes back to the eclipse and notes that another eclipse is coming in exactly seven years. """SEVEN YEARS OF JUDGMENT!"""

Together in Matthew 24 and Mark 13

What is the original meaning in Greek? I'd post the Strong's definition, but IIRC Strong's has been disputed and disregarded as a reliable source.

True, vague in the part when he spoke of the continued path of Irma after hitting FL. Typically, though, people who get into prophecy like this are very detailed, such as the video above.

He did mention the eclipse started in the 33rd state and ended on the 33 parallel. I forgot what significance that had.

The word is seismos, and means a disturbance or commotion. It can refer to either an earthquake, or a tempest, depending on whether it is a commotion of the earth or the air/sea.

But of course, where do you think dispensationalism came from?

So it's not actually bad Greek. The meaning can include "gale" or hurricane.

I don't recall any earthquakes after Katrina, Rita or Ike, so suggesting it always happens is an overstatement. But some scientists believe it is possible for an earthquake to follow a hurricane. And it's possible for a flood to cause an earthquake.
"""At the 2010 American Geophysical Union meeting, Shimon Wdowinski of the University of Miami argued that the abnormally heavy 2008 hurricane season caused enough land erosion to shift the pressure on the earth's crust, triggering the massive 2010 quake in Haiti. He pointed out that strong storm seasons also preceded large quakes in Taiwan in 1996 and 2009."""
"""A 2003 paper by Dadson and colleagues, also published in Nature, discusses the link between erosion and seismicity on the mountainous and typhoon-ravaged island of Taiwan. A separate study of Taiwan concluded that so-called "slow" earthquakes are influenced by the change in atmospheric pressure from typhoons passing over the island."""

Link to video page
The Pastor doesn't have a FB page. It was posted to his wife's page.
The video is 28 minutes long. It's at the top, second from the left.
Wish I could link to the video itself, but this works.

Bro. Baxter is a great guy, but his prophetic track record is pathetic. To see why I say this, consider these points:
His 1986 book A Message for the President predicted the '10 Horned' beast from which the “antichrist” would arise would be a "12 member" European Common Market. Did it happen? Nope. The EU passed that number years ago and now has 28 countries. So, what’s the big deal? This is just one of several errors in that book. This book’s contents were claimed to be ‘inspired of God,’ which its many errors have proven to be false. I believe these errors are why Baxter no longer offers this book on his Endtime website.
Then his 1994 book entitled Mideast Treaty was published. This book was advertised to reveal “the greatest prophetic fulfillment in 2,000 years.” That statement is used by Baxter for MANY of his prophetic claims. However, his claim in this book is grossly misleading since its predictions became outdated not long after its release. Because of these inaccuracies this book is also not available for purchase on Baxter’s website.
There was also an incident where donations were solicited for over a year to pay for a special magazine he called the “emergency issue.” The plan was to mail one million copies of this emergency magazine around the world to announce the “final seven years” had begun. Thousands of these magazines were mailed (far less than the hoped for million) after President Bill Clinton had Yitzhak Rabin, the Prime Minister of Israel, and Yasir Arafat, the chairman of the P.L.O. shake hands at the White House on September 13, 1993. Baxter believed this handshake "confirmed the covenant" (he referred to it as the “Jerusalem Covenant”) spoken of by Daniel. He then mailed these magazines to announce his belief the final seven years had begun ticking down. You don't need a Texas Instruments calculator to add up how far he missed that one.
Then there was a full page, four-color, advertisement he took out in USA TODAY around 2000-2001. That advertisement predicted a “soon coming” war between China and Taiwan. Does anybody remember that invasion happening? No? So, yet another wrong prophecy prediction.
The above is a few of the teachings in which Bro. Baxter is in error. He likes to have you imagine his teachings are God inspired. But when he misses any prediction he excuses that by saying he “never said for sure.” Yes, that is true. He is sharp and knows the Bible makes no allowance for false prophets. I do believe in Jesus’ grace, but I must ask, how many grossly misleading prophecies is enough before a “believer” stops taking stock in what he says?

There is big money and prestige in sensationalism, but it does not in the least, weaken the words of future prophetical event written in the word of God.
Even the mark of the beast will not be revealed to man(what it is) except an angel tell everyone.
