We can drive 10 over the limit and not get pulled over.. go 15 over and they will pull you over... do like I did 3 yrs ago and pass a van at 32 over the limit and almost hit head on with a CHP!!! I got a speeding ticket. ohh... that reminds me

I can tell a story about that and not be prosecuted. When you make a criminal matter a civil matter, you can no longer file charges.
