You're putting a nice spin on this. Of course visa's are limited to a certain number. You really think the US should just open the borders and visas carte blanche? There has to be a restricted number of visas . . . which, by the way the US allows more immigrants than most other nations . . . INCLUDING our neighbors to the south.
You want to talk about immigration reform . . . why are you talking about them needing to change their policies?
The fact remains that up to that certain number . . . which is too high in my opinion . . . people from the south and latin america have just as good a chance as anyone else to get a visa. They're not discriminated against as much as telemundo or other latin news would have the people think.

No, I want factual sources . . . not something a PAID IMMIGRATION attorney will say. They'll say anything, trust me, I've worked in immigration for several years and had them trying to name statutes and junk that wasn't even in the books. They'll do what they need to do to get their client a visa.
