Where you born and bread in this Truth, or did you get the revelation later in life?

I was about 21 years young when I came to the light.

I was born and raised in a UPC Pastor's home.

I first repented, believed and received the Holy Ghost before I started going to Church. I started reading the Bible daily along with other Christian type books.

I started out going to the Church of Christ, Freewill Baptist, Church of God, The Jesus People, Pentecostal Deliverance and Charismatic over the course of about 4 years.

This whole time was amazing as I came to know more of Jesus. About that time I was baptized in Jesus name. It was another year or so until I came to the true knowledge of the Oneness of God.

I believed, got convicted and repented first at home after reading the Bible on my own. Then I visited several churches and faiths (JW, Adventists, Jewish, Catholics, etc...), looking for the same experience I had at home with the Holy Spirit when I repented.
I ended up going to an Assembly of God church because they talked like if they had the same experience I had.
Few months laters I received the gift of the Holy Spirit speaking in tongues and everything turned around in my life after that event. My old friends told me I was a totally different person, and also had the blessing to see miracles and demonic deliverances right at my school in Jesus' name. There was a huge revival at that school. Even baptists that didn't believe before in speaking in tongues and miracles, got the Holy Spirit and prayed for the sick and casted out demons . We ended up with a nice small group of disciples that gathered together regularly to pray, share the Scripture and fellowship.
Few years later I moved then to another city and went to an UPCI church without knowing it was one (before that I was instructed that oneness was a false doctrine).
I ended up being convicted of the baptism in Jesus name and Oneness there.
Total 4 years as a Trinitarian Pentecostal, and 17 years as a Oneness Apostolic Pentecostal.

Not raised in truth, but in a sinner home with alcohol and drug abuse. I was mainly exposed to Baptist type churches. As a child I started to see scriptures about speaking in tongues. I had never been to any Pentecostal services. Finally, at the age of 13 I told God "If this is real I want it!" I was immediately filled with the Holy Ghost and began speaking in tongues while standing on the street corner near my house. About four years later I started visiting the Apostolic church in my home town. I was baptized in Jesus name in 2006 at the age of 16. I have been in the same church and have had the same pastor since. I am married in the church, active in the ministry and raising my children to know God in the same church I was baptized in. Truth has been good to me!

My parents always took me to Sunday School as a child, but,
they never went to any night church.

My dear Apostolic Granny took me to several revivals at the local UPC
and I remember praying at the altar as a young child.

I finally received the beautiful gift of the Holy Ghost when I was 18,
1 year after I got married. My parents had received the Holy
Ghost about 5 months before me.

My husband has a similar background. Although his parents
never took him to church at all, his precious Grandma did!

He received the Holy Ghost when he was about 14 during a
great revival at the same UPC church. Actually most of the men
in that Church, got the Holy Ghost in that same revival!

We sure thank God for our Granny and Grandma!
