I could be wrong and if I am sue me, but I think there is clear teaching by Paul not to take your borther or sister to court, but to settle it among yourselves.

So are we to settle things hand to hand style, cause that would be way better than money. Although, hitting these people in the pocket book is way worse than a good ole beating.
