Red onions don't work for everything. I'm thinking "chinese" here for one. Indian food too needs the stronger flavour of yellow or white onions.

We agree on no onions in egg salad. I don't eat it often, but I want it warm with Miracle Whip on white bread.

I use the red onion in my Chinese and it works perfect. As I don't care for curry, I don't eat Indian food.

LOL! My husband loves gravy, but he knows if he wants it, he has to cook it himself. lol

I make some awesome cinnamon rolls. I do cheat and let my bread machine knead it and rise for me, though.

White bread sits in the bottom of your stomach - for hours - before it can digest. I shudder to think of it!

I eat Wheat and my husband eats fake wheat - that is - "enriched wheat". LOL!

Eggs?

Either over easy or scrambled with cheese.

Over easy requires toast to sop up your plate......
