Well, I would say we MUST have a reader to read the scriptures as we call them out.

Seriously, I cannot say what I would do, but I do not believe God would be pleased with me to take any mans life.

1Cor 13:4 Charity suffereth long, [and] is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
1Cor 13:5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
1Cor 13:6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
1Cor 13:7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

Putting an ear back on and putting a head back together after a 10 gauge gets done with it will most definitely take some prayer.

You know you could always hold the gun on them and have them read and flip pages.

Adds a whole new meaning to delivering someone, doesn't it?

Yep, defending yourself in such a manner is just that silly!! Thanks STMATTHEW for the reminder.

Psa 24:1-10

"The earth is the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods. Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah. Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah."

Hooray!!! Amen!
