The spirit of homosexuality denies the power and ored of God and creation itself. In that dimension, it is more akin to the Saducees, who were completely unspiritual. Jesus had NO time for them. The Pharisees He did at least deal with, and salvaged some of them.
You will find nowhere in the Gospels where He spent any time working on a Saducee.
Homosexuality is a far bigger problem to deal with than legalism. At least with a legalist, you have a person who values the Word of God and can be taught.
Generally speaking, homosexuals totally deny the authority of God or His Word.
If this is a common conception--that homosexuality is preferable to legalism--then the movement is in worse shape than I thought.
That is a sick and totally twisted perception.

You make an excellent point. I do question if legalists can be taught. Without going into detail, I've observed the best legalists make the best homosexuals. I shouldl go through the similarities between homosexuality and legalism, but I don't want to be accused of calling all legalists homosexual.

I have read where some "religious" gays try to make the Bible fit their lifestyle.
That would be legalism of an extreme variety--attempting to circumvent the spirit of the law by wresting the Scripture to fit their personal preferences.
That is the most insidious kind of legalism.

The same techniques legalists use to promote dress codes and no tv are the same techniques homosexuals use to condone homosexuality.

Or that radical liberals use to circumvent clear Bible absolutes.

To clarify, there is a difference between Biblical absolutes and man's opinion that is preached as absoultes. But your point is dead on correct.

Does that mean "you're sorry" as in "you're no count"... or "you're apologetic"???

Miracle Sunday
Praise The Lord for another Great Lord's Day! We had 105 today (Our 8th Sunday in Loganville, GA) and are rejoicing that the altars were filled - side to side with hungry people repenting and surrendering their lives to our Lord Jesus Christ. I preached on the 11 last words of Jesus before his Ascension to heaven - Mark 16: They shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover.
Many were healed and delivered today in the altar. I ministered to several new ones personally and prophetically and tears streamed down their faces.
I told about the woman in Kingston, Jamaica (in 1978) that was 56 years old and was born blind - did not have eyes, eye sockets, eye lids, eye brows or a sunken place in her head to even see out of - But by Prayer of Faith in the name of Jesus Christ - God gave her BIG BROWN EYEBALLS and she began to scream - I can see - I can see - I can see. I told of miracle after miracle and the peoples faith was so high as they came to that altar and many testified of instant healings and Miracles today! Praise The Lord!
You guys can talk all day about being APOSTOLIC - but until you produce Apostolic RESULTS = you are just blowing hot air. You are no more Apostolic than the Lutherans. Lets see some APOSTOLIC DEMONSTRATION and then we can talk about WHO IS REALLY APOSTOLIC.
Jesus Christ is Lord! September is our HARVEST MONTH - the 9th month and Supernatural harvest. We are preparing for the Harvest the entire month and know that God will give us the increase!
Come to Atlanta and see us.
