When I regularly spouted feminist ideas and applied with a feminist organization, it did nothing for my relationship with God - BUT it was a condition of the heart. I was the problem - I wanted to do things my way.

The fallen nature is just that...a nature or disposition towards. It is the natural inclination of man or stance he/she takes. (All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God.) Satan lives in the fallen nature, he infected it with his poison and everything has reproduced after him since.
Sin gives him access to you and I. What is in us belongs to him. He comes and goes as he pleases without or permission because we are caught in his snare and belong to him apart and seperate from God.

When we are born again by the word of God, God gives us a new nature liberated from the old. Now, Satan no longer has access to us unless we sin and participate in his kingdom.

As you and I know, just because you go to church or call yourself by a name doesn't mean your saved or sanctified.

I was reading the Mrs. earlier post about unfair treatment of women through the ages. Surely other groups have been treated as unfairly if not more unfairly and I'm talking specifically about racial discrimination, prejudice and the horrible things done to MEN and women too of course as result.

There has also been religious persecution through the centuries.

I don't know that women have been pinpointed for satanic assault more than any other group of humans.

I haven't a problem admitting I was wrong .. and when I realized that I am completely fulfilled in Christ alone - the Feminist movement is neither here nor there for me. The Feminist movement concentrates completely on what women do NOT have without really ever taking a look at where we have come in terms of equality. It's far too focussed on the negative.

I'm certianly not attempting to open a pandora's theological box, but all people have is choice. That's why we are saved by grace through faith. Again, the fallen nature is the nature of Satan.

There is a book out that a lot of people have read called The DaVinci Code.

It talks a lot about "the sacred feminine" and how the "Church" has been dominated by men and glorification of masculinity. This is a popular trend in our modern pop culture and psuedo-intelligentsia.

It used to be called moon worship or goddess worship. Ashtaroth was an example of it for you Bible scholars.

This stuff about how embattled women are above and beyond all other targets of Satan, and this huge emphasis on the feminine is just the latest manifestation of that influence showing up in the thinking of some religious people.

This is nothing new.It is an old, old spirit that shows up every so many generations with a new dress and a facelift.

I do not discount satan, but the works of the flesh are bad enough without getting the devil involved in any way.
