it doesn't matter if you see it as "quality entertainment" or anything else...
You can't say something is evil because of who runs it and then say that those who beleive what you think is right can't run television...
that's absurd... and the fact that you can't see how absurd that is baffles me...
You can't argue both sides... You can't state that television is evil because of who runs it and at the same time say that people who aren't evil can't run television... that is nonsense...

Also, this is not valid for another reason...
see... you can change the channel on a TV just as well as you can go to a different site on a web browser...
in the end, you control waht you actually WATCH on tv... not those "producers and higher ups in a corrupt industry"...

oh come on... you have got to be kidding me if you don't think you have power over people...
your power comes from the midieval system of religion that was started when Christianity became the official religion of the Roman Empire and is continued on today in all kinds of churches making "pastors" some sort of demi-god who are somehow more holy than everyone else in the congregation, rather than just a member of the congregation itself like the Bible and the original church intended...
