Well, brother, I'm officially seething with jealousy right now!! It sounds like you had a beautiful day! I on the other hand am stuck in hillbilly territory while the rest of my family is off to all points of the globe. Bitterness abounds!

My parents are in Europe, my brother and his wife left for Canada this morning (leaving me to watch the kiddies for a week, yeah!) and my daughter is in San Diego at a Youth Workers Conference!

The most exciting thing I did today is get lost in the back roads of a town I have lived in the majority of my life, looking for the Fed-EX hub!

But, I digress, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

SoCali,

You obviously fail to realize that I have learned that life just seems to be so much more fulfilling when I treat my wife like a queen. She's the greatest thing I have and I make it a habit of treating her like it!

She doesn't act like she 'deserves' anything but I sure make her think she does...

coconut milk soup??????? that does not sound appealing at all !
