Don't forget the termite inspection????

And "shop" the mortgage terms and rates!!!!!

We have shopped three "biggies" GMAC...Wells Fargo and Chase... Got pre-approval from GMAC & CHASE...and Priority Approval from WF...

Interest about 6.3% from all three... so there's not much difference

any suggestions??

yes, since you dont need the RV anymore, sell it and buy a boat!
