I need HELP!

I've been a member for awhile now and there are some things that I still don't get how to do. I want to post a youtube video but the best I can do is the link. I like to change my avatar but getting pics under the pixels size has been a pain. I'm no expert at anything except getting under peoples skin. Please give me some easy instructions on how to do the above. Thank you!

There have been some tutorials made to do this all you have to do is go to the information station area and if that doesnt work then boom or the mrs can probably help ya

The Mrs is really great about resizing avatars for people...

the youtube tutorial is pretty easy to understand too... if I can do it, anyone can.
