This is the part that confuses me because it sounds like if these men are not going to do anything that would cause someone to turn in their card, then how could this meeting be about forming a new org? maybe they are thinking along the line of a conservative NCO?

um...if any of the current leadership of the UPC is involved with the Tulsa meeting it cannot be considered a grass-roots effort.

I am recieving DAILT firsthand reports of men disaffiliating their churches and are either dropping their licences or letting them lapse and they have been told by LB-JG-CC that this is a formation conference. Let's see who is correct? If it wasn't a sin to bet I would wager a steak dinner at Ruth's Chris. But since it is I cannot.
