Woohoo!! My meeting at Zac's school was cancelled, so I get to watch American Idol after all. I just missed the first song.

Maybe this has been said, but Chris Sligh is the worship leader at Seacoast Church in Greenville, SC. Eddie went to that church for a conference last year; it's a Spirit filled powerful place.

Also, Tamor told me that Phil (from the Navy) is a Lee University grad from 2002 and sang with the Lee Singers, so I would assume he's Spirit filled too. Awesome!

I am really disappointed with the sub-standard talent the men are presenting this year...last year was soooo good- maybe it makes this year seem worse than it really is???

Actually I didn't say 2002. I just said that he was a Lee grad. I think it's more like 1990. But I still think that's cool. He's also the Praise & Worship Pastor at his church in Florida. His parents and grandparents were in ministry in the Church of God.

I'm excited to see folks like him, Chris, Melinda, and Lakisha who will be great examples!

Well, I got the '02 off of the weblink you sent me. At least I'm pretty sure that's what it said. I'll check it again to be sure.
