I believe it's Joe Istre (a former Apostolic), from San Antonio.

Its on public record.
A basic WHOIS search will give you some info on the site.

Joe didn't start the site, someone else did. The founder turned it over to Joe.

Don't know why he's so bitter, but he's sure gone 180 degrees from his original beliefs.

A quick Google search shows some of his antipathy for Pentecostalims, such as, referring to speaking in tongues as "babbling under emotional ecstasy"or describin his "ministry" as one of "Rescuing Pentecostals one soul at a time".

Poor thing.

I wouldn't want to even be standing anywhere near this guy on Judgment Day.

I stumbled upon this website late last year, which lead me to AFF. The things I've read on that site would make your blood run cold. The primary goal of the "association" was to bring down the UPC and any other pentecostal/charismatic denomination. I had tried reaching out to a couple of people there, but the stronghold on their lives kept them bound with so much hatred that I had failed in my attempts.

I was on their mailing lists and I received this email Monday night. I was going to post it here on AFF, but I had my reservations. Boustro who wrote the email has been a member here on AFF for a few months and I have known of at least two other members on AFF that post there too.

This is a message from the Ex Pentecostal Forums community administrator: This is an unofficial announcement from an ex-pentecostals.org admin(Tim/boustro). Unofficial in that I haven't had a chance to go over it with the other board members of the Association of Former Pentecostals (AFP, the owner of the ex-pentecostals forums). So I am only speaking for myself, at this point. The AFP may make official statements later. There were two shootings yesterday, one at a YWAM facility and one at New Life Church, both in Colorado. More details are available on any number of news sites, etc. First, I hope it would be obvious, but just to be sure: the AFP condemns in no uncertain terms the use of force to make any kind of"statement", or in retaliation for past hurts. Certainly, the use of deadly force is never justified. A member of the ex-pentecostals forum made threatening posts yesterday, apparently between the two attacks. The FBI has been given all the information we have about this person, and is fully cooperating. There is no official word, as of now, whether this person was the attacker. We have only circumstantial evidence, at this point. It is possible that the ex-pentecostal forums will be mentioned in the media. The effect of this mention is hard to predict, but there will likely be at least a jump in accesses, which may impact availability. Choo (a member of the forum) has set up an email address for a back up method of communication among members. It's not an official AFP account, but he is offering its use. Send him an email, toexpentecostals@hushmail.com, and ask to be put on the list. It will be used for sending you updates, if the board is overloaded or shuts down. (I don't have access to your email addresses directly. This note is being sent via an ezboard feature.) Please be assured that we, the AFP board, will do everything we can to ensure that the board continues in its important mission of supporting ex-pentecostals and getting the truth out.
