The PCI/PAJC issue comes up every now and again. Sometimes I bother bothering with it. Other times I can't be bothered. Don't let it get so bothersome that it bothers you so much you'd leave a forum over it.

I appreciate and love many of the PAJCers even though they're wrong about some things.

Is it really te PCI/PAJC debate or is it what it has morphed into of late?

I think there is a way thru this. the thing we have to remember is, that likely nobody will ever "win" the debate. what we ought to look for is to sharpen our own iron.

so long as the discussion centers on the issue, and the issue doesnt become the people involved, it works.

Yeah I remember those good old days. One of my very first posts on FCF was answered with the words, "Your right, you have no dogs in this race, and its none of your business". No "Welcome". No "Howdy". No nothing.

Is this a "kinder, gentler" forum? Yes it is... due, in large part, to a very good Admin team who, while they may not ALWAYS make the right decisions, they do try to do whats best for the Forum and to people who are finally beginning to understand the Word of God isn't just a "two edged sword", but often, is a soothing balm that brings healing. ... that God's Word is profitable for edifying, as well as for reproof.

LOL! FCF was like the wild west before civilized folk showed up and wanted law and order. To survive on FCF, you had to be rough and tuff and able to deal pretty quick.

AFF is a more mature place where a lot of the old "gun fighters" still congregate but move of us have hung up our pistols.

I haven't sat and cried at my keyboard over a post for quite a long time.

I think this is good?

And I haven't spit in forever!
