We have been extremely blessed.
Years ago we had a nice property that we were outgrowing so we sold it and bought another piece of land. Before we could build there, someone offered us a huge amount for it so we sold.
Then the church we were at temporarily kind of folded up. (It was a Baptist church). They really liked how we treated their property and their pastor really loved our pastor so in the end, they sold us their property (like 4 acres in the middle of North Dallas) for way under market value.
Now it has been 10 years or more and we have gotten an offer that we cant refuse and at the same time found another property on the corner of a major road and a major highway in Far north Dallas for half what we are selling for.
In the end, we will have a new church and 4 acres and no debt.
