No it isn't. My wife wouldn't be caught dead in a car like that! I grew up in Florida not far from Daytona Speedway. I met Richard Petty back then. So, I'm kinda telling off on my age!

And to also state that my wife is a classy lady, I wouldn't drive around town in a car like that...tacky! It clearly belongs on the racetrack! I'd love to see a pic of your husband's Impala though.

I'll try to post one... right now it's under a tarp, which is under about 5 feet of snow.. but I know we had pictures taken this summer if I can find one saved somewhere.
He races once a month or so in an "Enduro" race.. not for points.. just for fun. It's kind of a 'last man standing' thing.
200 laps around a short track, 2 intermissions. He almost won once last summer... but he's always breaking down.

That's great! I never been to an Enduro race, I'm sure they're fun. As a teenager living in Daytona, I used to go to the races at the track. They have been the only races I've been to.
He his Very hurt by the way he was treated on this forum and taking a breather (he PMed me and told me that)
He must not be to hurt go look up how many times he has posted since the beginning of the year. 13 times yesterday, 17 times on the 8th..34 times on the first...not to shabby for some one taking a breather.
