Feb. 28 Surgeries for Renda and Tamor's hubby Jon

We have two of our own facing surgery this coming Thursday, February 28.
Renda is going to have total knee replacement surgery
Tamor’s husband is having Rotator Cuff surgery

In addition to these two, ChTatum just had surgery on his ankle last Wednesday, February 20.

All of these are pretty serious deals with a great deal of pain involved in the recovery process.

I know there are many needs that are in the prayer list, and I would like to encourage everyone to take a few minutes to review, but let remember these that are facing surgery this week!

I was going to post a thread about Jon's surgery, but this will do just fine. The surgery was originally scheduled for earlier this month, but had to be postponed due to some meds that he takes that would have complicated things. He was psyched up for the surgery at that time, but he is really dreading it now and is getting somewhat antsy about it. He is ready, in the aspect that he has been in constant pain for the last three months and he wants the relief, but he is dreading the surgery and the recovery pain.

As Ferd has already requested, please be praying for him/us this week. We appreciate your prayers more than you know.

I will be praying for all. These all sound very painful and will involve a lot of physical therapy after the surgery.

Great Lord God,

We humbly ask that You would be with Jon and Renda now as they are

preparing for surgery on Thursday. Give peace and assurance that You will

indeed be with them all the way. We pray for those who will be tending them,

every person who will be involved. We ask that You would lay Your Mighty Hand

upon the surgeon's hands and guide them through these surgeries.

We ask for grace, mercy and patience as they fully recover! We humbly ask

these things in Jesus Name! Thank You for the priviledge to carry EVERYTHING

to YOU in PRAYER!! What a Friend!
