Colace is too mild. Lactulose works much better.

We did. It was fun to be with the Whites. The only thing that would have made it better would to have had my babies with me. I miss them terribly. I'm anxious to get home tomorrow and see them.

Thanks for the info, people.

My doorstep stays too dirty to share my broom......

Kinda reminds me of the time a guy told me he was going to give someone a piece of his mind. I reminded him that most of us ain't got enough to be sharing.

We ate at a Brazilian Restaurant in St. Louis a couple of weeks ago (we'd never had it before), but oh my word, last night was like nothing we've had before. It was the best food by far that we've ever had. Oh my goodness it was good.

My hubby ate until he couldn't hold anymore. Bro. White had an argument with his stomach and he won and ate a little more. It was funny. I ate until I thought they were going to have to roll me out to the truck. It was delicious. They also had a brownie that I ordered and it was so big I couldn't eat it all.

WE had such a great time with our friends. It was fun to just get out and do nothing except shop and eat. I got me a coach purse and bought my boys suits for 10 and 15 dollars a piece. I about croaked. So did the little check out lady. She re-rung it up 4 times to make sure she was doing it right. It was funny, I laughed at her.

It was fun and I'm thankful for good friends like Doug and Pam White. They are truly people of God.
I LOVE Fogo De Choa! 16 different types of meat, a HUGE salad bar, and all the extras you could want.

And, the good news is, it's mostly protein, lol.......so all you Adkins people out there are safe!

I have not eaten at Fogo De Choa before but have eaten three times at the Texas De Brasil Brazillian restaurant in Memphis and it was awesome!

I think these type restaurants are a man's dream come true as there are roving waiters with giant skewers of as much as you can eat of different kinds of steak, chicken, lamb, etc.

I have seen the advertisements for Fogo in the airline magazines when I fly and looking at the picture always reminds me of Texas De Brasil and makes my mouth water!
