Herein lies the dilemma ... the minute you say it's wrong ... you're being judgmental ...

and it hurts some who agree w/ WH that you would judge his assessment especially as an administrator ...

the "you're being judgmental" badge has been thrown around way too much at this forum ...

it's a product of trying to juggle so many various views and in my opinion little commitment to allow those views to be expressed without fidgeting every time a bloc is unhappy with what's said in an open self-moderated forum.

I think new AFF members should receive a box of Kleenex and a tutorial video on how to ignore those you disagree w/ ... mainly how to log off ... at the registration window

Re: Charismatic Apostolic

Yes I am fully aware that labels are of little value. I am a disciple of Yeshua the Messiah. I am a Christian.

Charismatic Apostolic? For years I have somewhat identified with the term Charismatic/Pentecostal. It depends on who I am fellowshipping with at the time.

No the moving of the Spirit is no more hindered by a woman trimming her hair than it would be by a man wearing a beard.

I deeply disagree with the poster who says Pauls headcovering doctrine is because of the culture. That is another man made standard. The scripture says it is a shame for women to pray with uncovered head. Not at all that it is a mere custom of men.

First one needs to define what they mean by the moving of the Spirit. Is that supposed to be when everyone starts shouting and running the aisles? Or is it when real gifts of the Holy Ghost are manifest?

I have seen some awesome gifts of the Spirit among "Charismatics". Not so much among "Apostolics".

Fact is,the fewer devils that follow people to services, the more anointing will be there.

Mythology of Christian perfection? I thought Jesus said "Be ye therefore perfect EVEN AS your Father which is in Heaven is perfect? Matt 5:48
