Actually it's not so dead. You have to realize this is a forum with many sections like most forums. Having it in the debate area, which is open to all, is the best solution. You know how many people from Ultra Cons to Ultra Libs complain about the doctrinal discussions we have allowed here? Our solution is simply to move it to an area that everyone knows will be about discussion different doctrines including those that offend some here. |
I just invite you to look at the views and posts on the other threads. Case closed.

Bro Steve, it ok. I understand. But this has BEEN a long and enlighting debate, yes? I have learned some things over this. I'm still here. I like studies. And it's my decision to not have anything futher to do with "that" perticular one.

I can find plenty of threads that have had a lot of activity recently Elder...That is beside the point. As I already explained, we have UCs and ULs whining about us allowing certain doctrines to be discussed and we decided a LONG time ago.....before we changed owners even, to create a special area just to house those discussions

We get complaints that we allow this discussion here because it's false to the majority here, so we moved it to the debate area for those that want to continue the debate can.
Then, we get complaints that we've moved this.
You can't please everyone, but we do what we think is best for the whole.

Look I like you folks most of you I have been posting with since FCF(which was great by the way) but you complain because folks are no longer posting then when a thread is active you move it to the back forty. Honesty I did not remember a debate area you know why NO ONE GOES there look at it. It is just confusing. I am not trying to be difficult but everyone is NOT interested in everyday stuff? Everyone is nice to me. Dan and myself have butted heads and Adino but it made for large threads. This is just a hint please don't be offended.

We aren't offended.
But, just as you said above - - not everyone is interested in everyday stuff - - that's why there is the debate area.
I believe now that you've found it you'll find that you've missed out of a lot of good debate that you never knew existed.
No one is complaining about folks not posting. I believe you are the one that said it was dead and it's not.

Brother Epley, I didn't realize this place was supposed to be a contest of post counts. Good grief! The thread wasn't deleted. They just moved it. They do that with threads around here. I can start a thread on a current event and eventually it gets moved to the newsroom. It's not that big a deal. People who want to debate the issues know where to go to find the debate.
