That is about the way I fix mine...I season the ground beef ith onions and garlic or use onion soup and cook it...I mix the corn with the ground beef and last night I had green peas in it..
then top it with mashed potatos and cover with cheese and put it in the oven...until browned...

I ave used lamb also..

Yes, and I actually HATED it there. I didn't realize I liked it until years later when I got up the nerve to taste it at a real Irish restuarant.

It was SO gross at JCM - that was the year that they had the wives of the Seniors cooking because they couldn't afford a real chef.

I like it with corn, peas and carrots all mixed in. YUMMMMM!!
