PastorA, that would be acceptable to many AFF posters because they do not believe baptism plays any role in the New Birth process, and is therefore an unnecessary hindrance to real revival.
Because they view it as unnecessary, they really don't care what is said if someone, for some unknown reason, decides they may want to get wet.

Personally, I hate it. It is reprehensible.
BUT, do I really want to harshly judge a BAM!er if I only offer a forgiving pass at what happens in our own circles...
it's something to think about.

Bro PP, I was rollin' on the floor laughing, but I doubt that even one "One Stepper" on AFF, would say that that nonsense is acceptable.

I always tell converts to turn from their sins.
I always tell converts to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ.
I always tell converts to let Jesus baptize them with the Holy Ghost.
Maybe you could do a poll to see what everybody on AFF believes?
