Okay guys.....(and gals) I need help!!!!!

I already started a thread about the Murder Mystery Dinner.....got several workable ideas........Now I need help with a dessert menu.

I don't know what to fix for dessert that you can eat with your fingers. I have a picky bunch and not sure how to satisfy everybody..

SOOOOOOO............HELP!!!!!!!! (please)

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Fruit Tartlets (My favorite!)

Chocolate Truffles

Miniature Cakes with Fondant Icing (You can add edible decorations with marzipan)

These are good ideas, but I need to explain a little more....they need to be from the time era of around the medieval. Not too sure what that entails, but, these ideas are good.

I have a chocolate fountain, and have already thought of that. Not sure if that would work with the theme, though.

I think bread pudding is an old (ancient?) dessert, but I don't know how you could turn that into a finger food....

There are these cookies that are tubular and you can use an icing thingy to squeeze ice cream into the cookies

Common desserts were: doughnuts, biscuits (cookies in the US), turnovers, fritters, and pies.

Individual little fruit pies or custard tarts seem to be the best suggestion so far. You can buy the premade minature pie shells in the tin pans and those could be eaten without a fork.

Or you could go fruity and have fresh fruit for dessert - grapes for sure. The strawberries in snow recipe in the link Miss Bratt provided would be good!
