One perspective, not using names, but it's obvious about whom.
One poster made the implication (or observation?) that some Christians have very little credibility to tell gays that what they "do" is wrong, since those (some) Christians also practice (my word) sodomy, but merely use their wives instead. This post was then roughly criticized, ostensibly, for having little to do with the thread title. (
That's never happened before, eh?)
I think the argument--Apostle Paul's appeal to NATURAL LAW--is correct, but was not adequately explored when the subject of AS came up in the course of "7 days of sex." So, I intend to copy the "offending" post over on the "7 days" thread, and add my two cents on top. Not that it will change anyone's mind, but I am of the same generation of those here who suppose "consentual intimacy" justifies everything. Many are polluted by our culture, and the only hope for seeing otherwise is probably "7 days of PRAYER," that is, if anyone would even accept a different witness from their own HG.
