I don't know the do's and the don'ts of the UPCI ministers.
I started in a UPCI assembly that later pulled out of the org.
We were never really focused on the UPCI. Attended functions
here and there.

I don't know about that...
There are a number of them that DO drink alcohol. It was not so long ago that both wine and grape juice was served to ministers at GC.
