Re: ***News Flash: Two more ministerial forums ???

All I can say is that the man has given me no reason to believe that he was lying. If some of you want to believe that, it is up to you.

BTW, what are the 2 other ministerial forums. Am I going to have to PM Mark to find out??

Oh, well....
Said forum ... as most know was coming off a very frantic week with a lot of nonsense that maybe even you contributed to ...

you know when the cat's out the mice come out to play ...

Things are not said or done in a vacuum ... for every action there is a reaction ... and a multitude of perceptions ...

Intent can be fickle at times ... and complex.

You guys can paint this as you want ... most who read it and understood some of the dynamics at play...
if not all of them ... will filter it through their own lens ... making reasonable inferences.

so condescend ... as you wish ... hurling insults at the comprehension skills of capable adult readers .... it will still be seen as you defending a friend ....

and we're cool w/ that ...

Possibly. But even when that seems to be the case I am inclined to give a borther the benefit of the doubt when he explains his intent. It seems to some here that is a novel and unacceptable concept. Calling him a liar is much more appealing.

I don't believe I contributed to any of the dynamic there while the owner was away. I tended to sit on the sideline and watch a good bit of the drama unfold.

What you consider an insult is no more than a sincere look at verbiage and language which some seem to be unwilling to do. Those who know me are well aware I am careful with what I say and how I say it. And you have come way too late to tell me that most folks have an average skill set of reading and comprehension skills today. This is the second thread on here this week I have been involved with that proves that very point.

Funny, while you point out my response as "defending a friend" you say nothing of other posters willingness to insinuate he was lying and not worthy of the benefit of the doubt. Indeed, things do get viewed from particular perspectives don't they?

I'm not sure anyone was calling him a liar. Maybe I'm missing something, but a poster here was saying another poster here wasn't always truthful.

Uhm, okay. I seem to recall several posts intimating the man was a liar. But hey, maybe I need to order HOP and do a review.

Moving on as this really is of little importance to me. I didn't really expect much less or any more. Just a good way to spend a little time.

I believe the confusion lies in one poster thinking the other poster was someone else. Therefore, after he found out it wasn't that person he deleted his posts.
