THANKS A LOT AAK - thanks to you I have accomplished NOTHING at work today! and it is about lunch time here and let me say I am having Organic Black Bean Vegetable soup today; I had a banana, apple and orange for breakfast and have a tangerine and possibly another orange for snack later on today
