A few years ago we were on a bacon and sausage kick. I don't mean eating a lot at once, just consistently. My joints were hurting and I read that it can give you symptoms of arthritis. I stopped eating the pork and it went away. So, I think that is true.

Maybe it was because you started cooking lighter foods after that.
Salad is much easier to lift than a slab of bacon.

Brother, I promise you it's not my hands that are bothered (unless I have a cut or a hangnail or something). Eyes..yes...eyes are sensitive. Other mucus membranes are too.

Those sound extremely good. I adore cream cheese though, I think it's my weakest weakness. lol

I love salad with Avacado, black olives, Feta cheese, olive oil, garlic and balsamic vinegar!!! Yummy!
