As long as he is not claiming to speak "in the name of the Lord", I have no problem with it. As far as I can see, he's posting on a message board, not speaking/preaching from a pulpit.
And as far as their being no substance, I guess that's in the eye of the beholder. Apparently he's looking to draw attention to how he thinks world events will play out from a biblical perspective.
Some folks might think his writings have substance. If you dont, then feel free to ignore him.
