Amen, that's why you have to stand behind every word. If you get out of line then you need to get corrected and make due apologies.
Do you think God has dial-up?

God will probably judge me based on the bandwidth I have been using.

Re: Will God Judge You for Your Internet Posts?
Anyone know much about the Megan Meier story?
It shows how innocent people get sucked into the internet. How the aliases that are on My Space, Face book, and forums can cause major problems.
The Megan Meier story also shows how young impressionable, and unstable young people, can be led to do horrible things by those who know better.
Anyone ever heard of this?
Brother Edward Anglin I hope this doesn't hijack the thread. I think it's pertinent to your topic.

I am familiar. This got national attention because a suicide was involved and the one who supposedly led her to it was an older lady pretending to be a young girl.
But the same thing is happening thousands of times daily, just not to the same extreme.

I don't think Matt 12:36 refers to spoken words only:
"But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment"
Spoken, written, whatever... we're accountable for everything we say.

I agree and it is very similar to the advice given to many young people dating: "Watch how your date treats the waiter".

Exactly, a thousands times daily, without the same reaction, as in death.
Does death have to occur for it to be wrong? Can what happens on My Space, Face Book, and forums also do damage that will have long term effects. and cause problems that while they don't end in death, they cause people old and young, to hurt themselves in other ways? Physical and spiritual?

For my daughters, it is "watch how he treats his mother, and sisters."
