And very good advice indeed coming from Bro. Luke2447 and you would do well to take heed to his advice yourself.
The whole pharmaceutical industry is satanic by nature.....what do you think the root word Pharma means in the Greek.....it means Sorcery.

Also curing cancer is not having surgery and cutting the breast out and giving radiation! That is not a cure! Curing Cancer is having your body intact after the treatment and being cancer free! If you want to talk about destroying the body to get rid of cancer that's find but don't make your success rate include removal of limbs and body parts. The modern practive likes to skew numbers to make it look better. Also the reason current practive is having higher success rate is not really due to treatment but early detection. That should answer your success rate. It's not the protocol or treatment that has given a better "success rate"* but the early detection.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm..... My wife is a pharmacist (usually looking over my shoulder as I type this). Of course, that probably PRECLUDES me from having any say in this as I am probably now part of the conspiracy in your mind.

Pearls before swine..... pearls before swine......
Ya know, during debates on Creationism when someone ultimately plays the "God MADE it to appear old" card, I realize there is no more debate. Logic has been thrown out the window. It is the same here.

I am very much for natural cures. I am more for that than pharmaceuticals. However, it always concerns me when someone takes a subject and suggests they are an authority because they have read a few books and were delivered from addiction.

I agree with this.
I've read far more than a few books, and have spent far more than a few hours studying...and I still hesitate. I don't have a degree on my wall for starters. That means I don't have any backing if I make a claim and someone is harmed by following it, even if they misunderstand what I said.
That and I'm all for *education* vs telling someone what I believe, and that what I believe is the best approach. I think it's especially important with health care.

Agreed. People have to make the best decisions they can make for themselves based on all the information they can obtain, including that from their doctors. Doctors don't know everything and yes, drug manufacturing companies are making a bundle off of too many prescriptions. However, I don't think this should be made into a conspiracy. Money is indeed the root of all evil....that should be taken into consideration when doing anything. Money and greed and power make people do strange things. We should glean information and make decisions. But when someone begins to claim authority, beware.

I am for natural cures also -when actually effective..... mainly because they are cheaper! But the same ingredients in "natural" cures are often the same in pharmaceutical, just in much lower (and often ineffective and COMPLETELY unregulated) doses. Don't get me started on Saint Johns Wort and Ginko......

Great advice all around. It is amazing how many people will disregard the advice of their doctor (if they are even seeing one) and instead listen to someone selling 'dealerships' in the latest multi-level marketing herbal/vitamin company.

I know what he'll say!
I agree with him too. Well, I should be more careful about that. lol But I'm pretty sure I agree with what he'd say.
