My church rented a theater when "Fireproof" was released last year and gave tickets away to guests for free (church members paid less than the ticket price). They also ordered the "Love Dare" books in bulk and gave them away as door prizes during the evening.

The movie was incredible. A big step forward from "Facing the Giants," which was a good movie itself. (Just had some hokey dialogue)

Wayne makes me crack up ... the scene between him and cameron drinking hot sauce was hilarious.

Interesting note ... my pastor saw the movie at a large pastor's conference before it was released to theatres. Apparently there was no book until after the movie was made ... only after requests for the "Love Dare" book started flooding the office, did they make the book.

One ways it's surprising, and yet I believe it... Really, the world is wanting long lasting relationships.... contrary to what media says... It would change the world if couples would get truly get a hold of it and apply it to their lives...

I thought it was a great story!!! The acting wasn't all that great, but the funny black firefighter pulled it together for everyone. He was the bomb! LOL!
