Another invitation to gossip. When society worked very hard, before phones and e-mail. There was no time or money for nosey people to gossip about others.
I suspect very few people from the pulpits gosip and also few that preech against it.
In the book of Romans, Paul reveals the sinful nature and lawlessness of mankind, stating how God was pouring out His wrath upon those who were rejecting His laws. Because they had turned away from God's instruction and guidance, He gave them over to their sinful natures. " They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless. Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them" ( Romans 1:29b-32). We see from this passage how serious the sin of gossip is and that it characterizes those who are under God’s wrath.
Any one rather talk about cosmetics or talk about other posters?

Personally, I don't care a whole lot about your personal life--but I do care about honesty. And I don't think you're being honest.
"use gossip about makeup to call people tramps?" Aren't YOU the one calling women "tramps" and worse if they wear makeup?
I think you're schizophrenic! THAT would explain all those different degrees. One for each personality!

You don't want to talk about cosmetics. At least, not from scripture. I'm only interested in what scripture has to say about it--not what you or anyone else's personal opinion is.
Shall I list for you all your posts on this thread where you have "talked about other posters?"

Actually it give you nothing to gossip about.
It is even a nosey and disrespectful question to ask people what they make.

Lord, help!

Go back and show us the posts of scripture you shared about cosmetics.
When there is gossip, the same people show up. Circle the wagons.
My mother died recently and never used cosmetics. At 95 her skin was clear and great. She also never gossipped. Ever. She won her youing brothers to the LORD and they won the older brothers. and the parents. Both were the beginnings of missions. Taking the gospel to people that are poor seems to make sense. The homes i go into to can't buy make up on food stamps.
They also don't feel rejected coming to a church without bling bling and people trying to look prosperous.

You are the one that threw out the $300 per hour that you charge. NO ONE here has asked what you make. They have asked what you do?
Get your facts straight.

You are not an honest person. People that are honest do not ever extrapolate an hour billing rate into income.
Nice try to get into gossip. Any more posts about mee are your way to confirm you are wanting to be a gossip leader.
