We have a lot of educated people here. We have a lot of self educated and literate people here. One can rightly assume that with 5 degrees a person would be extremely literate with good communication skills and at least a decent spell checker if they don't know how to spell beach or speak.

So again, I can really understand why people are asking about having degrees,

Envy. We see envious folks accuse people of pride. The underlying motive is to judge the target of their labeling. Some professions put their degrees on business cards. and Fellowship like FACS or other.
I have a friend i taught with that introduced him self at a reception having a doctorate and a woman decides to give her long detailed account of cholecystitis and he interupted her and said his doctorate was in history and he didn't know anything about gall bladders.
By the way. I am old fashioned. I work by referal and never seek any referrals at church. I realize sales people do as do some that network,

Sorry about that. English is my second language. Actually I was with relatives last weekend and we don't do English.

Since I was finished with my undergrad work, I have always had no less than 1 secretary. I don't care if folks take shots at my spelling because because my handwriting makes my typing look like calligraphy.

i wonder what The Father thinks of all this petty junk. Jesus said the love of money is the root of all evil. We still use the stuff and Im sure there are many who love it. The love of jewelry is sin not the jewels , guess who made the jewels. Go to the old testament. God himself put jewels on his daughters. It's what they did with it that became sin.

I think God is laughing at those who are (well, not so much anymore) getting bent out of shape over what is nothing more than a the equivalent of a forum Bot.

It would be like me writing a script to post semi-random hard lined posts against some specific "standard" and then throw in some innane comment about my income and other accomplishments -all the while refusing to answer any questions about them. Would be easy to do.
