No I dont. However their was an intense pressure put on people concerning the things Im talking about. Combined with other factors I think it has led at times to people becoming disillusioned with Church.

I don't think that it's a matter of taking sides TBH. I honestly had no idea that this video would start any controversy, whatsoever. But all the opinions that contributed to this thread have made it a lot more diverse and it's always interesting to hear from people who view things differently than I do. I respect all of your opinions and completely understand if the video that I posted wasn't a worship style that you agree with.

Re: Spontaneous Worship
We do a song from her called, "He Loves Us"...it slams EVERY time!!! I'm just sayin'
During the song, we have our saints that have a miracle testimony come up and hold up a cardboard sign with writing on both sides, the before and after, the one that always gets me is the dude who comes up with his family and holds up a sign that reads, "addicted to Meth", then flips it over and it reads, "Holy Ghost filled and drug-free!!!" (He's one of the ones always running around the church during the service that ticks a lot of you guys off )

Re: Spontaneous Worship
The quote I remember was, "I'm offended by these guys who run around during the preaching". He is one of "these" guys...so am I...sometimes.
Also, some said there was agenda of being seen and having to go down front to display their worship...you might be able to tag me with that because I have been around pentecostal worship for a looong time.
But not this dude, he just got in and starts runnin'...without any training LOL.
But that wasn't the point of my post, I was having fun with some of you! My point is that we have used her music and it has been amazing.

I agree. As I said, I respect those who don't, but I didn't expect people to come on here and question whether her worship was genuine or not. Oh well. That's the exciting part of AFF. You never know what you'll get!

Re: Spontaneous Worship
For those of you who have said that Kim Walker and Misty Edwards were not speaking in tongues - that it was false - I think you're treading on very dangerous ground. Calling something of God to be unholy is a scary thing to do. I think we had better be careful about judging the Spirit and its work.

I was thinking the same thing upon reading some of the posts in this thread.
