I know it's hard for someone like you to believe it happens because you would never do something like this.
However, there are some and I repeat some that do.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Not a chance. I would NEVER tell the Pastor's name, the Church's name or denomination. Nor would I mention a city or state. He no is no longer the Pastor here, but HE is still a man of God. I would never want to cause hurt to him or his family. I'm not down on Pastor's, not even him. I'm just trying to find my way through this pain.
Peace, may we all find it.

In my opinion, just because a man calls himself a pastor doesn't make him a "Man of God" - some are called, some are sent, some just picked up their bags and went

Sis,
Just let it go knowing all Pastor's are human, whether they perceive themselves to be so or not. We are all levelled at the foot of the cross and must forgive to be forgiven. Besides: those who you are offended by go on with their life not giving you a thought...so why mess up your life by letting the resentment control you. Be though set free!
In Jesus name,
Rhoni
