Ahhh... cancer, yes, it strikes exactly at the differences between vitalist and atomist approaches at healing. The vitalist seeks to help someone along in their sickness, to see why the sickness is there, how it got there, and how the body can be built up to overcome the sickness. Atomism, looks at the body as a collection of atoms, and when atoms have mutated funny, the regular medical doctor says, "Let's ATTACK!" and there they go attacking the body. Give the sick person radiation, mustard gas, sure, whatever, let's do war on the sick person's body! We'll kill the cancer... and everything else in the body! And after all... if you do survive, that must mean that our methods are working, right? Hundreds of years ago mercury was used to cure diseases- I bet it worked a few times... I bet it killed a lot of people too.

Re: Immunization Party
I prefer using crystals and calling on the name of Mighty Isis myself. That always seems to get the sick back on their feet.....

Re: Immunization Party
Ask Jim Carrey what he thinks about his son's Austism.
He doesn't have a son with autism...but his girlfriend does, Jenny McCarthy. She actually believes that diet and nutrition play a big role in her son's autism fight. Her book is actually pretty informative.
Both of my children are vaccinated...I have lived around enough Amish to know that despite my concerns (which I have studied out for myself...and not on the internet , it is imperative that my children do not go thru what the Amish go thru.
And for the record, my brother almost died from chicken pox...he ended up with a disease known as encephilitis. He was a vegetable for about 7 days...the doctors said he'd never recover. However, God healed my brother and after my dad prayed for him, he began to walk and talk again. And he has a college degree in a highly specialized field...with straight A honors all thru school! To God be the Glory on that one!!!!!
So, when Varcella became available...I was the first in line!

Okay, they live together. I thought they were married. Oh, that's right - it's Hollywood! LOL!
I like what Jenny has to say here. I'm for parental choice - bottom line!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rOPbTengJ18
Jenny is pointing out the ingredients in the vaccines that they are lying about, the levels they say are trace, but they are still above the toxic level for drinking water and the amounts they are giving children at once. It's a "recommended" dosage and not "mandatory". That is another problem.
Some of the studies I have done - saying that a child's immune system would be better to handle a vaccine at the age of two. Some children cannot handle them at all.
For instance, one of the women I know - her son was fine, got a dosage of his regular scheduled vaccines and is now diagnosed with Autism. She opted out on her second child and he is very healthy. In her case and I agree with her - it is their genetic makeup that cannot handle the vaccines and they need to have a parental choice for their family.
Jenny McCarthy says she knows the vaccines played a part in her son's autism.
If vaccines are keeping some kids safe, then those that vaccinate should stop worrying about those that don't.

Thanks for the heads up on this. I will get this book!

She is talking about diet and vitamin supplements pulling metals out of the body. This is very true. My daughter is seeing a different homeopathy doctor than I am - I'm getting ready to switch.
When she was first tested, they found aluminum in some of her organs. After over a month of diet (organic) and whole food supplements she is testing less and less on the aluminum.
I had read you couldn't get aluminum out of your system - that's the medical industry saying that. We do need some and many aspects of the medical industry, but they don't know everything.

Hmmm... still using "trace amounts" of mercury in the vaccines...

Re: Immunization Party
That's my biggest concern with immunizations... the extra ingredients.
My kids are immunized, but it was a very difficult decision for me.

Exactly! I am thankful that people like, Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey, are crusading until someone does something about it!
