Been dealing with health issues. I don't post a ton anymore but I'm always over here reading. I also have been working on our church's website a lot. Plus facebook keeps me busy.....

I've been in cooking mode lately. Not sure what's come over me, except that I'm so tired of spending money on eating out!! We are refinancing and I'm in gear to get totally out of debt. We only owe our mortgage and that's all, so I'm going to hit it really hard this year.
This week, I've cooked Swiss Steak, a Pot Roast, Spaghetti, and tonight we are having homemade Soup made from the leftover roast. I take food to our secretary nearly every time I cook, so she's been a happy camper not having to spend money either!
Other than that, I have lots of travel coming up! I'm going to CA for a few days next week to visit my daughter and hubby. Then we leave for a big 30th anniversary trip in Europe the first week of May. At the end of June, we go to Kenya for missions. In July, my mom and me, my daughter, and my sister and niece are taking a girl trip. At the end of October, I go to Brazil on a missions trip without Eddie. Then at the end of December, we are planning to go to the Philippines for missions!!! The missions trips are definitely NOT vacations, but I love them.

Just got off the phone with a company. I think I might get back into the work force. I'll have to see what my husband thinks about that.
