Question Well I Had My Interview Today And..

I was given an offer.

I went to a large printing firm and had an interview.
They liked me, liked my experience, liked my skill sets and offered me a job on the spot.

This is how it stands, at the job I am at now I supervise, but with no title and a couple of others to report too.
At the new job I would be a Supervisor and report to the Plant Manager.

At the job I am at now, I get decent pay-not great-but decent.
At the new job I would only get $2,000 extra per year.

At the job I am at now, I have to pay $150 a month of my own money for my
benefits.
At the new job, benefits are included.

At the job I am at now, I work 6:30-2:30. Great hours to pick up the kids and
alllow my wife to work later. It is also less than 7 minutes to work.
At the new job I would be working 8:00-4:30 making it hard for my wife to work later and or increased baby sitting costs.
This new job is a bit farther away, and accross a bridge notorious for back ups.

So there you have it.

Not sure which way to go, I asked a Minster in our Congregation I will tell you later what he said.

I said I would answer tomorrow.

What think ye?

If the extra 2K gets mostly eaten up from the extra gas and baby sitting costs then I would not say it is worth it considering how the time benefits works out with family
