well, UPC may be e will of God for some others work better independent or in other groups...sometimes things happen so the supreme will of God can be done...and HIS will is taking the gospel to every creature.

I do not fit in most people's boxes...I have a hard time with cliques and clans that run together saying they do so because they believe alke when anyone can see there are huge differences...

I made a mitake saying something about DB but I did not mean it as it sounded...howeverI do want to draw my circle real big so I will have many people to considerbe my friends...

In some of my most difficult moments of life it was not those that thought JUST like me that turned out to help me through the dark night...I am glad my circle includes many UPC, WPF, ALJC, and whatever...

At one time in my life the person that helped me probably without even knowing it was JW friend! Yes, the Lord used her to say what I needed to hear at a very difficult time.

Yes, I do know she really does not know who Jesus really is...but HE used her just the same to speak to me...

Once we had NO FOOD and a check came in the mail from a little trinity church that I once spoke at...

I know these things are not realy on the subject...however...things to think about...

I like LS ...questioning a statement he might or might not have made does not mean that all beat up on him...some of us run to his rescue! ha...and no I do not think my hair is magic but I sure like LS and consider him a very interesting preacher.

I think we can disagree with people and still be friends...(at least most of the time)

That's pretty much the way the Pharisees interacted with Jesus and the Apostles.

The perspective you have described sure doesn't seem much like the one recommended in I Corinthians 13.

It's not always irenic in here and sometimes not even Christlike but there are times when issues are discussed reasonably where we can all learn.

Kind of reminds me of a family, not the ideal, perfect "Leave it to Beaver-type" family, but like Steinway said, a "real" family.
