Public Thank You to Renda and Sherri

[Pastor Keith]

I haven't had much time to spend on the board as we were busy traveling and doing church yesterday.

I want to thank Renda for her tremendous hospitality. She opened her home to us, transported us around, cooked a great breakfast for us (Chocolate Gravy), facilitated a luncheon with Deacon Blues, she treated us like family. Another positive example of the power of AFF, connects you to like minded people who love God, want to make a difference in the world, and have the same heritage and appreciation of our Apostolic roots.

Sherri and Eddie Cupples have opened their home, heart and church to Elizabeth and me. Since leaving CLC back in 2001, we have felt fatherless in the since of having a pastor/mentor with who we can connect with. Eddie and Sherri have taken that role in our lives and ministries.

They look out after us, made sure we had a place to stay, made a way for us to come to the conference, set it up so one of their premiere (sorry only word that I can think of) saints opened their guest cottage to us. Sherri loaned me her luxury Jag to drive around, we were treated with such kindness and favor.

We left the conference feeling refreshed and inspired, were recipients of great information, including spiritual impartation; several prophetic words were spoken over us that were timely and accurate.

Love and Truth Ministries is a real example of being relevant, genuinely spiritual church that retains the best of Pentecost, and seeing lives changed on a weekly basis.

Also we met a good friend of Eddie and Sherri, Jeff Butler who is as quality/authentic as they come.

We were thrilled to hear the miracle story of another Old Time Ministry friend who has experienced the turn around story of the decade. If God can do what he did in that Guys life, God can do it for anyone.

All I can say is Favor isn't fair! God Bless Renda, and the Cupples and Love and Truth Ministries!

Bump! For all who care, the reason that I am sharing this here is because both Renda and Cupples became friends through this influential forum.

It was our great privilege to host you and Elizabeth for this past weekend! We love you guys so much..............and to think, we started out as mere "imaginary friends".

A bunch of us were going to visit Renda one evening, stop by and have some coffee and pie; but when we got to her place she had a suitor out on the front lawn playing a ukulele singing some song about "bobbed hair women..."

We just kept driving.

I miss everyone already!

I love visiting Renda & the Cupples! Awesome people- an awesome church and leadership- You all dont know what you are missing being around these great Christians! I am so blessed to have know them. I feel privileged indeed.

I will have to post the pics we took while there! Tenn. is absolutely beautiful.
