Dear Senator Harkin:

As a native Iowan and excellent customer of the Internal Revenue
Service, I am writing to ask for your assistance. I have contacted the
Department of Homeland Security in an effort to determine the process for
becoming an illegal alien and they referred me to you.

My primary reason for wishing to change my status from US Citizen to
illegal alien stems from the bill which was recently passed by the Senate
and for which you voted. If my understanding of this bill's provisions is
accurate, as an illegal alien who has been in the United States for five
years, all I need to do to become a citizen is to pay a $2,000 fine and
income taxes for three of the last five years. I know a good deal when I
see one and I am anxious to get the process started before everyone figures
it out.
Simply put, those of us who have been here legally have had to pay
taxes every year so I'm excited about the prospect of avoiding two years of
taxes in return for paying a $2,000 fine. Is there any way that I can apply
to be illegal retroactively? This would yield an excellent result for me
and my family because we paid heavy taxes in 2004 and 2005.
Additionally, as an illegal alien I could begin using the local
emergency room as my primary health care provider. Once I have stopped
paying premiums for medical insurance, my accountant figures I could save
almost $10,000 a year.
Another benefit in gaining illegal status would be that my daughter
would receive preferential treatment relative to her law school
applications, as well as "instate" tuition rates for many colleges
throughout the United States for my son.
Lastly, I understand that illegal status would relieve me of the burden
of renewing my driver's license and making those burdensome car insurance
premiums. This is very important to me given that I still have college age
children driving my car.
If you would provide me with an outline of the process to become
illegal (retroactively if possible) and copies of the necessary forms, I
would be most appreciative.

Don't know if you heard this or not, but Houston had an old fashion shoot-out this week.

Seems a truck load of illegal aliens was being fought over. I understand each alien pays $30,000.00 for transportation.

My concern is if all the aliens can sneak into our country, how are we keeping out the terrorist?

I live too close to the border to be decent in the conversation. We have been around illegal aliens for years - starting with my dad's farming! They have never changed and are liars, dangerous, superstitious, dishonest and I won't go into the sexual stuff!

When they came around my father instructed all of us girls to not look at them and not say one word, even to each other.

I could tell you stories about what they do all shacked up together in apartments around here! Just the men!

They populate both sides of the border. A wife back home and a girlfriend or two or three or four here in Texas!!!!



I know a couple that are good people here and are saving up to go back home and eventually open up their own business. Just so that you see I can view both sides of the story. lol!

there are 12 Million Illegal Immigrants in this Country... 8 Million of them are working (taking american jobs) when these people work the FEDERAL GOVT issues to them PIN NUMBERS so they can pay taxes.

Can you guys see this..the FEDERAL GOVT is encouraging these people..ugh.. So when the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS pay taxes the taxes go to social security,Welfare, etc.

And the crazy part is that the Illegals cant receive the benefits because of the lack of there SSN.

Plus they cant receive Tax Returns. So the money they give up for taxes go to America, nd they receive nothing but there deductide checks.

Now i dont have a problem with that, the issue that they pay taxes is fine.

But what gets me mad is the FEDERAL GOVT.

they know these people are illegal. and they issue them PIN NUmbers so they can pay taxes.cmon.
the govt knows there illegal and instead of DEPORTING THEM and there filthy starving kids. They give them PIN Codes so the Illegals can pay for Americas Welfare, and Social security programs.

another thing that gets me mad is that these ILLEGAL IMIIGRANTS go to the U.S American Military and fight in Afghanistan and Iraq hoping they can prove to America that there Patriot.

I dont care about the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS dying for America there Illegal who gives a heck.

Having to live with those people lurking around. there like animals. we should treat them like animals. theres a book i read that talks about how illegal immigration hurt this one man. he wrote about it and explained how we could get rid of these leeches. You and me are on the same boat my friend. we both are getting tired of people. look up the book its very inspiring. I know ur already against ILLEGALS but when u read this book itll make a flame in you. that wont be stopped. the book is called MEIN KAMPF. please find it bro. me and you are the resistance against these invaders. these Mexicans. these Illegals. these Rats, leeches..

A PIN number is usually a 4 digit code one enters to get into an account. One is supposed to have a work ID or a Social Security number. Where did you read that the Feds are giving illegals a work ID (which makes the Federal government complicit in illegal activity)

What happens usually is an illegal get's an illegally obtained SSI...or uses someone elses. Taxes are with-held and the never file returns to get money back (because they are afraid of being deported)

Very few file but some do.


And still many don't pay any income tax (they pay sales tax though). However much of their money is sent back to Mexico, which takes that money out of our system

I doubt this is a racial issue or about racial cleansing for PO. The "mexicans" she is referring to are really really backwards/backwater kinds of people. Third world class people. Not all Mexicans are like that though. Mexico is a weird sort of country. They have Mexicans that appear like "pure blood" Spaniards. They have Mexicans that appear like mixed Spaniards/Indians and then they have "pure blood" indians.

Most of the ones that come here and pick strawberries are the very short and stocky indian types. Even people I know that are Mexican will tell you they are pretty backwards. They don't even know how to use the toilet and it's hard to get them to use one. They use newspaper instead and toss it into the trash. It's nasty.

And I've seen 20 something men with teen age girls. But to classify them all as liars etc etc, is absurd
