Are There Any Graphics Pro's Among Us?

A little off topic but consider this an FYI....
I have two co-workers that have graphic art degrees and neither is working in their chosen field.
But they are paying for the schooling

You need experience to get the job. What can I say?

They're fun gals to work with but neither one is doing what they had "planned".

So is your FYI that you know people who are looking for graphics work or that the graphic design field is tough to break into? Just curious.

I've been in it for a while (a unique niche), and it is about who you know. But, I think just about everything is like that, and the market is pretty rough all around. I can think of worse.
