I'm with you on the gluttony part. When I go to a buffet I try to stick to one plate. I'm not a big eater, even on thursdays. Try again.

Did I say that it did? My point is, there is plenty I feel strongly about and I think it's a mistake to assume that people like me don't have "standards." They just happen to be different than yours.

From reading the quote it doesn't look like you see a difference. You stated 1) that you would never participate in it; 2) you want those who feel choir vs AI is apple vs oranges to "just think about it."

I said "inconsistent" as in liking AI, but not liking a church choir contest. You're as bad on this debate as you were in the New Living Translation argument.
