God has been blessing us so mightily, I just had to TESTIFY!! In the past two weeks, we have baptized 23 in water and we had five receive the Holy Ghost in the Edge service this past Sunday morning.
13 of those baptized are boys who are in a Christian juvenile home here in town that we have developed a relationship with. They bring all their boys here when they want to be baptized, and they let one of our pastors do it. It's a last chance type place where the judge sends troubled boys instead of sending them to jail. God is really working in that place. A guy from our church goes there on Sunday afternoons and holds services for them.
How wonderful. Praise the Lord, for this great report.

No, actually Fred Thompson does the services at Youth Town. Pastor Chris Smith is now full time since Parrish left, and he does the Edge service. But........we won't have the Edge once we go into the new building on the first Sunday of March.

I knew about the changes in the Edge and that it wouldn't continue when y'all get moved in. You can always pick it back up in about six months when y'all outgrow the new sanctuary!
