There have been a number of specials talking about her on both History and Natgeo, usually shows dealing with the various lost books of the bible. Apparently her initial sin (with Adam) was wanting to be "on top" if you know what I mean, at least according to the Book of Adam and Eve.

Re: Adam's wives

Yes, Sam. I first encountered this story as an undergrad at Queens College in New York. It was there that befriended many Armenian Orthodox Christians. Among one of them was a pretty young lady by the name of Lilith. Another friend Arman told me that in their tradition, she is the mother of creation ... Eve being his second wife.

The reception of my first marriage was held in an Armenian Cultural center.

This story apparently comes from the Jewish tradition in their Midrash and Talmud.

I have heard some say that is why Adam ate the fruit because he didn't want to be without a mate again.

Re: Adam's wives

Well now, If God made Eve out of a rib, what did he make Lilith out of? What vital part are we missing over this woman?

Would it have something to do with Hillary Clinton and her "lock box"? Would this make Hillary a close relative of Lillith?

The theory is she was made from dust the same as Adam.
